For the Love of Bears
Teammate photographers and guides Kate and Adam Rice are regulars with the Wild and Exposed crew. They have recently joined forces with a few of our colleagues in forming the non-profit educational entity “For the Love of Bears”. Kate and Adam work with Wildlife proponents and themselves photograph bears across the entirety of the Rocky Mountain range and beyond. Their organization advocates for educational opportunities in order to reduce unnecessary human and bear conflict, enhancing bear populations along the entirely of their former range and providing opportunities for the next generation to experience bears for the first time.
